Processing and Payment Options...
Advanced Fitness,
Inc. offers secure processing of your credit card payment online via SSL from
Equifax. We also
accept Purchase Orders from our customers with existing Net-30 accounts and
schools. For customers without credit cards, or those who prefer to order
with a check, or money order, you can choose to fill out a form online, send it
to your printer and mail it in with your payment.
Three Ordering
Steps...
1. Browse our
online catalog of products.
2. Accept our default quantity, or
change it as you like and click "Add to Cart".
3. Click
"Check Out" to fill in your personal information and you will
receive a confirmation email right away.
Privacy...
We only use your
information internally. It will never be sold, or traded to another
company. If you sign up for email updates, we promise not to abuse your
trust and we will promptly remove you from our list as soon as you ask.
Order
Processing...
All products
manufactured, or stocked by Advanced Fitness, Inc., will ship the same
business day, if ordered by 3: PM, Eastern time. Drop ship orders
(generally the large/heavy items) are
processed immediately and delivery can be expected within 7 to 10 working
days. We do not ship heavy equipment (like racks and benches) outside the
USA because shipping cost is often higher than the price of the product.
Delivery
Outside USA...
Lighter items, like
the Manta Ray ship via Air Mail and you can find the exact cost by starting the
order process and after you enter your shipping address information, the program
will tell you the amount before you complete your order. Keep in mind
that your country may charge a Tariff, VAT, Customs, or other taxes.
If that is the case, we do not collect, or receive any portion of these taxes.
We do not ship heavy equipment (like racks and benches) outside the
USA because shipping cost is often higher than the price of the product.
Returns...
Should you return
an item, for any reason (within our 30 day satisfaction guarantee period) we
will promptly refund the price you paid for that item (less shipping). This policy is standard in the mail order business and not just an
arbitrary policy of ours. The exception to this rule is if we ship you
the wrong item (while this rarely happens, we are human and mistakes are
possible. Here we would ship the correct item and also enclose the
postage and a return label so you can return the incorrect item...
